I have wayyyy too many travel posts to update but too bad, I've got other priorities. Like a few upcoming trips which I've just done planning. By now I should have at least 10-20 still-trying-to-complete drafts. To think of it... I've got too much to do. Athens post will come in in a bit!
Meanwhile, take a look at London from Heron Tower :) There's this amazing restaurant Duck & Waffle which serves really good food. Well this is the view of it.. I wouldn't say amazing much but yup, it still is as there are not many tall buildings in London.
It's summer time!! Well, summer isn't really summer hot. It's still chilly during the night, goes down to 12 degrees occasionally. What's this - summer gone wrong! It's time to go, we need that Summer after having 6 months of Winter! Well, weather is too extreme - let's hope for the best... or just JET OFF TO SANTORINI! :D

Down to the final part of the trip... The Wedding! Oh, the skies were filled with flying hearts! Congratulations Espinas!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
So... It's "the day"!!! Jac's wedding!! We met two years ago in
an island - now we're back in another island!!! The difference is - the island is way prettier plus Jac's getting married!!!
It was funny how we ended up in Jac's place earlier than expected. We thought we were going to be late (you know... typical Malaysians, we arrived at about 6.10 which was supposingly 10 minutes late, but it turned out that the schedule says 6.30!) Well... It's OK, a mistake turned out to be good afterall because we can take more photos!!!
Jac's place at Andronis is so pretty - the private suite with a jacuzzi overlooking Aegean sea! Amazing much! (That means we are taking 12391823032 more photos)
The beautiful and stunning bride!
And her macho husband behind!!
We kept taking photos with Jac but we forgotten about Sebastian!! Anyway we ditched Jac for a bit and took photos with Sebastian instead!
The gorgeous wedding altar!!
Excuse me, must take picture because it's one lovely altar :P
The beautiful floral wreath is a traditional Greek symbol... I've always seen one in game, but I've never exactly seen the real thing! Anyway, notice the metal plate on the table with rose petals? Initially we all thought those were white pebbles, when they offered us I thought I have to take and throw in the sea or something HAHA. It turned out that those are just pebble chocolates. Oh boy.
Some hanging hearts and the Aegean Sea.
That I-Do moment!
"Sebastian... you better sign.. or else..."
Hahaha I'm just kidding - they happily signed that off of course!
That ASIAN pose. Oh you Asian swags!
Cheers!!
We were supposed to let the both of them have some time alone - somehow or rather
Jerine and I quietly took a few pictures from far... I'm still curious what was Sebastian doing that time... Superman!
Awww - so sweet :)
The girls who attended - Myself,
Jerine, Cely! ^^
It's just sooo funny - Hong Kiat was so enthusiastic to get it, and true indeed, he got it.
Some random photos during sunset - Superman Sebastian giving Jac the 360 degrees spin!
The sweet little personalized note from Jac! :) Aww... Thank you for inviting me in the first place! Hugs!
And off we go to the wedding reception after everything! There were so much food - so much that I bet it's for 15 people! It's supposed to be finger food but...
So anyway, this is one awesome pastry!!! It has many layers and as I took a bite out of it - everyone stared at me because that bite.. TOOK FOREVER. You can just imagine me biting pastry on a slow motion mode... with that "crakkkkkkkkkkk" sound that lasted for 20 seconds. What can I say... One awesome pastry.
Some other finger food. I must say that the finger food are really so good!
So comes the dessert - some rice pudding and chocolate pudding.
The view from the reception. Though I can barely see the sea, but who cares, the view is still good.
So we had a little session before we move back to whichever part of the world we should be in... Till then...
I'm so happy for the both of you - Jac & Sebastian! So happy to be able to witness your wonderful wedding - Congratulations on your new life together!!! I'm so sorry for not being able to meet up when you came to London after - will make it up to you the next time we meet, soon I hope! The next island for us - Hawaii OK!
Jerine and I will save up for that! xxx

Jerine's blog :)

Initially we wanted to go to the beach area, Perivolos or something. We changed plans due to the weather and time constraint. Of course it was sunny and all, very obvious from pictures but it wasn't hot to begin with. It was at about 16-18 degrees I think? It just wasn't the right time to swim. Oh and by the way, you can call us the Powerpuff gang!!
The museum I didn't get to go. So I can only take a picture from far... Haha. It's located in Fira if you're interested. Just a few steps from the bus stop.
We wanted to grab food and drinks at Franco's Bar, it has this awesome view but too bad they don't serve food. Like proper dining food. They probably have snacks but I-need-food.
We were all ready for food.
Jerine even sat down already with her duckface pose. Hahaha. So I thought I'd have time to sit here after food too but nooooooo!!!!!!! I did what ever other female tourist would do.
Looking at words that I cannot understand makes me feel dumb. But anyway it's not possible for me to learn every single language. One Greek word I've learnt so far that I doubt I'll ever forget... Malakas!!! I'm not telling you what that means... so I can call you that. ^_^
So we picked the nearest restaurant because we were all hungry. Louis Restaurant is just located a few steps away from Franco's. Of course it isn't as good as Franco's but it's still good!!! Food was good and reasonable too, so why not?
Camwhore time! Anyway, notice the mannequins in the background? That shop sells really lovely dresses. Do check them out!! As much as I wanted to get one, I didn't. For the most obvious reason - I'm broke :(
In Fira you get to shop for souvenirs. We spent our afternoon strolling around buying souvenirs. That is also why we didn't have extra time to sit at Franco's Bar.
I cannot get enough of the view really. I mean, I don't think anybody can!
The view is so good that any of those pictures I've taken can be a postcard!! Even if it's a phone quality picture.
There are a number of nightclubs in Fira too if you're intending to stay here. I stayed in Oia, which was more of a couple place to stay.
I wish I wake up to this window - don't you? :O
My pretty friend Monica and her barbie doll daughter Vanessa. :)
And here comes the Powerpuff girls!!!!!!!!!!
Another "postcard" photo! :)
I was too lazy to walk to the other end. We didn't have much time left as I wanted to get the I Love Santorini t-shirt so badly. Did I ever mention the neck hole is too bloody small I almost got killed when I wore it for a while. It doesn't make sense to say my neck is FAT. The cutting is just weird seriously. So there goes my Santorini shirt, it's sitting in the cupboard. Speaking of I Love Shirts - that's my current collection. I have the I Love Shirts collection, I get one wherever I go to. Sigh I have to get someone to fix that neck hole for me. I want to roll around with my Santorini shirt!!!!!!!!!!!
So that sums up my almost to the end of Santorini trip. :(
But that's not the best part yet... The best thing is about to happen in a while!! *To be continued! ^^

So
Jerine just arrived - just in time for sunset!! Oh watching sunset in Santorini can be my daily todo if I ever live there forever.
Our hotel certainly wasn't the best spot in Oia to watch sunset, but it didn't really matter actually. It looks nice from the hotel too.
The night view of the hotel. The pool looks really nice at night with the night lights and all... It has been calling for me but too bad it was really too cold to swim. :(
Our first picture together!! After soooo long! Well not really long, only two months.
We went to some place for crepes.. I can't remember the name of the place, we didn't grab proper dinner because they only had sweet stuff. I want proper Greek food yo! *So demanding :D
We headed to
Skala for dinner after our "Greek" version of
yumcha...
Greek honey with yogurt is my latest addiction. It's just like eating ice cream but it isn't frozen cold. It's not like the normal yogurt really. Plus Greek yogurt is really healthy so, it's a good snack!!
We went around just to see the night lights of Oia..
During the day, it was all blue and white, but during the night it's yellowish all over. Sparkly lights. So beautiful.
I've just been wondering what's at the other side of the island. It looked like some heavenly light has just shone upon that spot hahahaa.
There were quite a number of cats around and they were not afraid of humans yo. They sat there like models staring at people with the "you get lost now" face. Scary!
So that marks the end of my second day in Santorini. Time flies so damn fast in this beautiful little paradise! And what's for tomorrow? The main purpose of coming to Santorini... To be continued. ^^
