i made my way down to chadstone last sunday to collect some stuff. taking a cab to chadstone will probably cost us $30-40 one way, so no cab for us. we took a train to caufield instead.

from caufield, we were supposed to catch a bus to chadstone. but... the sueh-ness begins here. the road to the bus stop was closed - no bus can enter. so we walked to the main road to the next bus stop. that is almost 3kms i am talking about!

as we were approaching the station, we saw a bus that heads down to chadstone, arriving at the bus stop. all we need to do is to run across the street, and we did. BUT the bus did not wait for us!!! FOL to the max. we had to wait approximately 16 minutes for the next bus.

we entered the bus and i validated my ticket. the machine ATE my ticket and did not spit it out again. wtf??? and it's a 5 x weekend daily ticket. i have 1 more validate before i can throw it away. then the bus driver got so irritated and said it was my fault for putting it wrongly. wtf??? i've been doing that all the time in the tram and it works perfectly fine. it's definitely the validator's fault.

there goes my ticket. he took my number down and said somebody will call me to return a new one, but until today i did not receive a single call. metlink is so inefficient. zzzzz! nvm lah 3aud. so sueh. i was ticket-less for the rest of the day. luckily the officers accepted my excuse of "ticket stuck in machine". otherwise i'll have to fork out another $3 to buy a new ticket.

we arrived at chadstone, like finally. i didn't want to eat at the food court. we all agreed on wagamama instead. totally reminds me of wakawaka =X

wagamama ramen - it was okay. but i wouldn't pay $18 for just a bowl of ramen.

i ordered bento box. i think it's too expensive for such a portion. i don't mind paying for the food, so long as it's good.

not as good as expected. i don't think i will eat there again.

ebi gyoza as side dish. i don't know about you but i certainly have never eaten such bad gyoza before.

the main. i ordered beef teriyaki. the portion is really small, considering that i'm still in aussie.

our trip to sydney.... let's just say... totally JINXED okay. we had a series of BAD LUCK.

we had breakfast at danesi cafe.. some random cafe we saw. the bacon was so friggin salty lor. -_- like marinated with salt for days.

ok wait... rewind. it all started off by the call we made for the taxi just in case there is no taxi downstairs. sekali we went down.. there is a stretch of taxis there. OK fine!! nevermind, since we called for it we have to pay extra also -_-

pay extra for what? pay to smell the fella's smelly body odor + indian feng tau song. OMG!! so geram. i almost vomitted like seriously. i don't get why some people just don't know how to use deodorant. if you don't want to shower PLEASE USE DEODORANT CAN!

then when we reached the airport, the system doesn't have jerine in the list. tiger airways is crap, the seat was still on pending confirmation list and they sent a reminder to go to the airport. so misleading! luckily can buy the ticket on the spot. with extra 5AUD for credit card charges. what theeeee toot...

after our not so tasty breakfast, we saw a whole stretch of restaurants that looks better in terms of design and the food on the menu is almost the same!! price too. omg!

there were two girls in the plane that made so much noise that even counting sheeps can't make me sleep. another bad luck eh? there were so many EMPTY seats and they just had to pick the ones right in front of us and talk having microphone next to their lips. such inconsiderate people! i need to SLEEP okay! but then it did not end just there... shikin did a good job.. *kicks their chair for being TOO NOISY!!* u don't let us sleep, we don't let u sleep!

after breakfast, we went to the sydney opera house and the botanical garden.

we took a lot of "kungfu shots". also, it is proven that jerine cannot take jump shots!! HAHAHA! credits to shikin! oh wait... jerine blogged about it too.

our series of bad luck didn't end just there... we went to some mall in nearby town hall for lunch. the restaurant is called.. ichi-ban boshi. apparently there is one in KL too.

the waitresses in the restaurants are seriously effed up. they have attitude! not good, but bad ones. they are SO grumpy, like PMS women only. their service is so damn bad that i swear i'll never go back to that restaurant if i ever go to sydney again. apart from that, the food that i ordered was alright.

we headed to the airport after dinner. such a long day... we were so tired and all we hoped for was not another taxi driver with smelly odor and indian fengtau song.. fair enough, we didn't get a smelly taxi driver. we got a NOISY AND IRRITATING TAXI DRIVER!! he talks like a car that has no brakes at all. so irritating that we didn't layan him at all until he went "ok fine". HAHAHA. but that didn't last for long. he practically irritated us even until we left his taxi. i feel like stuffing some old smelly socks to shut his mouth lor. bloody hell your job is to drive, not to talk so much!!

anyway, apart from the series of bad luck, the sydney trip was soooo fun!! till i fall sick. hehehe!! :)
