lunch @ meat & wine co, southbank
we wanted to have something light for lunch. the portion for main is a bit too much for us. the reason why did not order main was because of the time. rather late lunch due to unforeseen circumstances *coughs*. fries with creamy garlic sauce. *yum*
we ordered the grand finale for dessert.
strawberry cheesecake, pecan pie with malt ice cream, vanilla ice cream, chocolate fondante, crème brûlée
i don't really like crème brûlée. maybe it's too sweet :S
chocolate fondante was alright. i don't really like the chocolate inside though, a bit too sweet. i don't really like it too sweet :S
this one is the worst. pecan pie with malt ice cream. i don't know, but i just don't like it at all.
i personally like the strawberry cheesecake most. the vanilla ice cream is normal, nothing special. now i feel like eating strawberry cheesecake again. :O
i realize i don't really like sweet stuff as much as i used to. i think i'm aging. gosh! :S
