i want to sue Gameflier for cheating me


Gameflier is cheating my time and money. here's the story, i was trying to get the skills to summon homunculus. by right i'm supposed to get those skills after doing the quest. after completing the quest, i got NOTHING. so i know it's bugged. i followed the procedures, i sent an email to them.

i reported on the 6th November 2009 2.59am.
-basic details, explaining the situation.

received a response on 6th November 2009 11.28pm.
dear player,
we have tested with your account and found that there might be some problem with the npc
we have reported this matter to Gravity Corp and hope that they can fix on the problem as soon as possible

so i waited for a month.. no reply.

i sent another email on the 9th December 2009 10.55pm.
-i asked why no response even after a month.

responded FIVE DAYS LATER. 14 December 2009 7.08PM.
Dear player,
we have tested on the quest, but there seems to be no problem with the quest at all.
So we might need to send your details to Gravity Corp to check on the matter.
If you don't mind, we might wish to reset your skills to see if the problem still exist or not.

i responded later because i was on holiday. europe to be exact, so i have an excuse to reply late.

i sent another email on the 20th December 2009 4.58am.
-told them i don't mind if they reset my skills.

they responded THREE days later. gosh what have they been doing for the past 3 days? sleeping in the company?

responded 3 days later 23 December 2009 5.52pm.

i replied on my birthday itself can you imagine that wtf.

i sent a reply on the 25th December 2009 8.05pm.
-i asked them to settle asap AND i even mentioned that they lost my armor in the process of doing the stuff above.

no response at all.

i sent a brand new email with a brand new bug report on the 29th December 2009.
-regarding the missing armor.

they responded AFTER the new year.

which is on the 2nd January 2010 5.15pm.

i'm very angry because not only they can't solve a simple bug, they even LOST my item!

i replied on the 4th January 2010 6.11am.
-hurried them. my patience has limits too. it has been two months since i reported the homunuculus bug.

no reply.

i sent another email on the 8th January 2010 2.10am.
-i asked what is the progress of my report. it has been 6 days since their last reply.

no reply.

i sent another email on the 15th January 2010 6.30pm.
-almost two weeks, no reply at all. at least a progress report would do. i'm starting to get pissed off because not only they don't reply, i felt like i got cheated by this company.

no reply.

i sent another email on the 22nd January 2010 7.07pm.
-3 weeks since their last reply. i even CALLED their customer service, nobody picked up.

meaning they haven't been doing anything for the past three weeks. fucking lazy staffs. bloody Gameflier should sack all their lazy staffs and hire a new set of people who actually works!

out of anger, i sent an email to their customer service instead of the bug report department.

on the same day itself, 22nd January 2010 7.29pm.
-i made a complaint regarding the bug report department. not only they didn't do anything, they did not respond at all. so what? are they scamming me? so to my, Gameflier is a company who scams their customer and gets off with it?

valued customer my ass. not very efficient afterall, i bet they didn't even bother to read my longass letter. they can respond me so quickly, and so late. so obviously i thought i had some hope there.

i replied after i read, on the 23rd January 2010 12.16am.
-details given.

can you imagine that, no respond already.

i just sent another email to both customer service and bug report. 24th January 1.35am.

let's see how fucking long they wanna drag this problem. almost three months and yet cannot settle the problem.

now that Gameflier lost my in-game item, which is worth a bit of money, can i sue them for not returning my item? i think i have been scammed. i need some advice here. now please tell me if i'm eligible to send them a lawyer's letter or to sue them if they do not return my item. i think i have my rights to do it since that item belongs to me (well, not me exactly, belongs to my friend which i have been using since october).

i'm seriously running out of ideas of what to do. Gameflier's service suck big time. not only they suck, they don't have the ability of doing anything. why? they don't bother to. because all they do is sleep in the company and copy paste replies to their customers. so are the useless game masters in game. whenever i asked how is the progess they will answer wait for the appointed staff to respond. so if the staff doesn't respond forever does that mean i can't settle this anymore in my entire life?

all i want is both bugs to be solved asap. somewhat something's telling me they need one fucking year to solve this problem.

what is a cellphone for?

i'm talking about general facts, not bullshit like playing games, listen to music and capture photos. it is for convenience, where you can be contacted anytime, anywhere so long as you're reachable. it's not for you to keep aside and leave it unattended, unanswered.

you know what i hate? i hate it when calls are unanswered. especially when it's an urgent one. i won't apply it to all in general, but certain people HAS to pick up calls. when i put them in an important position, i do expect a certain importance in theirs as well. what if it is an emergency call? i will be dead by the time you respond.

this isn't the first time i raised this issue. i'm fucking tired of calling and calling and calling with no answers at all. why own a phone when you don't even attend to it right? it annoys me even more when i get excuses like phone charging in the room. yes phone must be charged, why can't it be somewhere that you notice? why must it be elsewhere?

get a phone which suits you, louder ringtone so you'll notice. not a phone that has a ringtone of mosquito's scream.

anyways you'll never realize even if i'm mad. simply because you do not care. the perfect solution is to throw your phone away. that being said, you can't be blamed anymore.
