i kind of, organized a mini steamboat, just one day after exam.

it was really really tiring to organize an event for 20. well, to be exact, 20 turned up, 2 left earlier.

food for the steamboat. thanks to jung-hann again, for the steamboat pot. bigger pot = ikan bilis soup, rice cooker = tomyum soup. let's see what we on the table... sliced pork scotch, sliced beef, sliced pork belly, assorted meatballs, seafood tofu, chicken, sliced mushroom, golden mushroom, pork and shrimp dumplings, crab nuggets, crab sticks, egg, fried bean curd (fu chuk), kimchi and egg noodle! there are more stuff in the fridge. :D i even made my own sauce... onion, garlic, coriander, oil, soysauce... mix em' all in one. yummy~ i lost count of how many times i refilled the bowl of my homemade sauce! :D
