dinner @ chef tam, selayang


oops i skipped this dinner... and it's not in sequence anymore because the harrods meal was the last meal before i left kl. :P anyways. i wanted to eat balitong / chut chut, and dad thought this place. (and they don't have it. then they started to brainwash my by saying how dirty balitong / chut chut is cause of the sand, bla bla bla and the shit is green!)

this is where we bought the seafood before heading to the restaurant.. everything's fresh and alive.. well not everything, but most of it.

i spotted a few weird stuff, like this california geoduck. wtf, it reminds me of pokemon.

geoduck, psyduck, geoduck, psyduck... duckduck.

initially we wanted to eat lobster sashimi, but then i was thinking that i'm going back to aus already, why would i wanna eat another aus lobster?!

we picked erm, i forgot what's this called.. tai tau zai? it has the head of an oyster and a lala body. seriously! big big head.

ok.. this looks like a pot of spring onion, CARL AND BIE'S FAVOURITE HAHA!

actually it's sang yu zhuk.. raw fish porridge?

buttered prawns! ahh, my favourite (:

tofu with minced meat for the little bro..

the meat of the fish were used for the porridge. then the bones were deep fried with salt i guess?

steamed flower crab!

last but not least... the location!

the seafood cost around rm70 only! that's not inclusive of the cooking fee and the tofu. rm 70 for crab, prawn, lala-oysterlike clam, fish is totally worth every single penny in your pocket. go try it!
