yum char @ dome, pavilion
just an ordinary sunday, shopping is an essential for chinese new year, or at least that is what i'm trying to convince myself.
but there comes a time where we will feel tired of walking, especially when we enter 101 shops and yet nothing suits us. all of us, empty handed, nothing from pavilion.
mom mentioned that the wild mushroom soup is good so i ordered it. indeed it's good.. not those from the can. they even have mushrooms inside~ seems like rojak mushroom soup, what kind of mushroom also got.
i ordered some ice blended coffee, kids portion.. =X
it came with a chocolate~

lot 10 foodcourt part 2
i dined in here in the foodcourt of lot 10 for the second time.. just because i wanted to try something different. previously, i had bkt - the so-called famous klang bkt which i didn't really like it. this time i wanna try the hokkien mee. i'm a fan of hokkien mee~
there you go.. very small portion. if i remember correctly it costs rm8+. we ordered two portions.
the hokkien fried bihun. i personally think the normal hokkien mee is nicer. i only eat mommy's home cooked fried bihun. other ppl's fried bihun need to overlap with chilli/belacan only can eat. reason is because it's tasteless or too heavy kicap taste. anyways back to this bihun, yeah i feel as though i'm eating kicap noodle. ordered two portions of bihun too cause the sis likes it. me no like. =D
wat tan hor~ not my favourite, but i still eat it since it's on the table. i can't tell if it's nice or not cause all wat tan hor tastes the same to me.. hahaha.
beef balls! i think the one at jalan alor is better.. it's my opinion by the way, you can still try it :)
lionel eating dim sum. lionel is his new english name, funny how he gotten it.. because he likes lion dance! on the other hand, my sis and i don't really need an english name because our chinese name sounds english already. eevonn and eelanne to be exact, so we can switch it a bit to like, erm, yvonne (or evonne, but i prefer yvonne) and elaine. there you go.
mommy packed some egg tarts.. no siew pao, but i will try it someday...
not bad you knowwww.. being an egg tart fan as well, i think these are worth eating too~
we even packed nai yao bao.. (butter bao...? i dunnooo..) from the dimsum shop.. very nice!!
if you're about to talk about money, then please don't go to this food court. it's definitely overpriced for any other hawker stalls in malaysia, but think of the pros, not the cons. it's air-conditioned, clean, organized and you won't have to worry about the existence of roaches or rats! you can see the kitchen from the outside. if there is a problem, complain lor. oh yeah, not forgetting, this food court has most of the famous food around in town and it's all prepared by locals. now you see why you should go to this food court already?

dinner @ thai thai, pyramid
i woke up really late and had nothing for lunch. we went to sunway pyramid cause mom wanted to shop (actually i wanted to buy clothes too, cny yeaaahhh...)
after a million suggestions, we decided to go for thai food.
thod man pla - thai fish cake
really small, as big as my lumix lens cap! i miss coca's fish cakes :(
gai hor bai toey - pandan leaves chicken. ummmm.. should've ordered 6 pieces instead.
pla kapong nueng manao - steamed siakap in lime and chilli sauce.. very fresh and nice lor!
phad kra prao gai - stir-fried chicken with hot basil leaves. this dish kind of reminds me of the same dish i used to order whenever i visit ying thai..
fried kangkung with garlic, not belacan because the kids can't take spicy food~
khai jiew gai sab rue goong sab - thai omelette with minced prawn
tom yam goong~ we ordered the hot pot but because the table could not fit all dishes, so they had to divide it for us..
tab tim krob. iced water chestnut in coconut milk topped with jackfruit. OMG!! i always call this "something drop" because mom always pronounce it that way whenever she order it at coca. now i know it's called tab tim krob!!
in case you're wondering why i can remember the food names in thai, i actually don't. i took a picture of what i've ordered because my memory just is as bad. can't store things anymore. :(
overall, the food was good. much better than ying thai~ but ying thai's standard is considered good in melbourne. so i won't say ying thai is bad, otherwise i won't have much choices in melbourne.. :(

i want to sue Gameflier for cheating me
Gameflier is cheating my time and money. here's the story, i was trying to get the skills to summon homunculus. by right i'm supposed to get those skills after doing the quest. after completing the quest, i got NOTHING. so i know it's bugged. i followed the procedures, i sent an email to them.
i reported on the 6th November 2009 2.59am.
-basic details, explaining the situation.
received a response on 6th November 2009 11.28pm.
dear player,
we have tested with your account and found that there might be some problem with the npc
we have reported this matter to Gravity Corp and hope that they can fix on the problem as soon as possible

i'm very angry because not only they can't solve a simple bug, they even LOST my item!
i replied on the 4th January 2010 6.11am.
-hurried them. my patience has limits too. it has been two months since i reported the homunuculus bug.
no reply.
i sent another email on the 8th January 2010 2.10am.
-i asked what is the progress of my report. it has been 6 days since their last reply.
no reply.
i sent another email on the 15th January 2010 6.30pm.
-almost two weeks, no reply at all. at least a progress report would do. i'm starting to get pissed off because not only they don't reply, i felt like i got cheated by this company.

-3 weeks since their last reply. i even CALLED their customer service, nobody picked up.
meaning they haven't been doing anything for the past three weeks. fucking lazy staffs. bloody Gameflier should sack all their lazy staffs and hire a new set of people who actually works!

valued customer my ass. not very efficient afterall, i bet they didn't even bother to read my longass letter. they can respond me so quickly, and so late. so obviously i thought i had some hope there.

let's see how fucking long they wanna drag this problem. almost three months and yet cannot settle the problem.
now that Gameflier lost my in-game item, which is worth a bit of money, can i sue them for not returning my item? i think i have been scammed. i need some advice here. now please tell me if i'm eligible to send them a lawyer's letter or to sue them if they do not return my item. i think i have my rights to do it since that item belongs to me (well, not me exactly, belongs to my friend which i have been using since october).
i'm seriously running out of ideas of what to do. Gameflier's service suck big time. not only they suck, they don't have the ability of doing anything. why? they don't bother to. because all they do is sleep in the company and copy paste replies to their customers. so are the useless game masters in game. whenever i asked how is the progess they will answer wait for the appointed staff to respond. so if the staff doesn't respond forever does that mean i can't settle this anymore in my entire life?
all i want is both bugs to be solved asap. somewhat something's telling me they need one fucking year to solve this problem.

what is a cellphone for?
i'm talking about general facts, not bullshit like playing games, listen to music and capture photos. it is for convenience, where you can be contacted anytime, anywhere so long as you're reachable. it's not for you to keep aside and leave it unattended, unanswered.
you know what i hate? i hate it when calls are unanswered. especially when it's an urgent one. i won't apply it to all in general, but certain people HAS to pick up calls. when i put them in an important position, i do expect a certain importance in theirs as well. what if it is an emergency call? i will be dead by the time you respond.
this isn't the first time i raised this issue. i'm fucking tired of calling and calling and calling with no answers at all. why own a phone when you don't even attend to it right? it annoys me even more when i get excuses like phone charging in the room. yes phone must be charged, why can't it be somewhere that you notice? why must it be elsewhere?
get a phone which suits you, louder ringtone so you'll notice. not a phone that has a ringtone of mosquito's scream.
anyways you'll never realize even if i'm mad. simply because you do not care. the perfect solution is to throw your phone away. that being said, you can't be blamed anymore.

a day out with bie~
bie and i went for lunch at lot 10''s food court. he has been telling me about this food court for a while already. just in case you don't know, it's a super high class food court which sells most of the famous food in malaysia. what makes it even more special is that they don't allow foreign workers to cook. base on my observations, most of the cooks are local, well at least they look and speak like one. good eh? but..
guess what!! this bkt is so friggin EXPENSIVE! RM15 for this bah kut teh. -_- famous klang BKT. but i don't really like it, it doesn't taste like the normal BKT. something different... not my type.
after that, we went to pavilion because i made an appointment to do manicure and pedicure. 50% off!! :)
the 50% off is because of the birthday month thing. you'll get 50% off treatments if you're a member. right january isn't my month, no explanations. secret!
i did manicure, pedicure, foot mask, and hand spa or something. i don't remember the exact words, but it's something like that. 50% off everything canyoubelievethesyokness rofl.
the foot mask thing was definitely worth paying for, just like how you mask your face, you mask your feet. the results were perfectttt! knowing how bad the condition of my feet, the mask kind of helped to rejuvenate. i don't want to own a pair of olddddd looking feet. tsktsk.
it's colour culture by the way. they have a few outlets~
then we went to ss14 for bkt..
cause i was not satisfied with the BKT at lot 10, i ordered a pot of bkt with veggie only. figured that i don't want to be a cow, i asked for a small portion of meat to be thrown in as well. no fatty meat.
after that we went to ss15 for cendol. still can't beat ampang's cendol believemeornot!!
later on we went for lok lok at ss15. the one in front of RT pastry house.
no wonder i'm so fat! damn it.
i'm on diet.

satay @ kajang
we went to kajang just to eat satay~
sadly the satay isn't as good as expected. they have a branch at uptown damansara~
the satays were all cold and because it's cold, the meat is quite hard and not very nice anymore :(

a day at pavilion
i went to the usual f21 and c&k. seems like the old stocks are piling up.. nothing new that i see.. nothing that i wanna buy. i actually thought of getting something for chinese new year. but... it's okay! i went into nose and.... tee hee hee. :)
....bought this black pumps! it's not very high, sharp and pointy.. exactly what i've been looking for! :)
another pair which is simple. sweet i'd say. the perfect match for dresses? :)
what made me like it even more is the silverish tip! i've been looking for a pair of red heels with silver tip, something like the one i saw in dubai 3 years ago. but due to some reason, they couldn't find the other half of that pair of pretty red heels.. until today, i can't find anything similar. but it's okay. :)
then we went to snowflake for dessert.

i think he's pretty amazed with it..

supper @ jalan alor
i'm pretty sure most of you beef noodle lovers know where i'm talking about. it's ngau kee at jalan alor.. mommy used to pack their noodles for me, but not anymore. i wonder why... *hmmm*
anyways, this bowl of beef balls cost a bomb! actually, not very expensive.. just slightly more expensive than any other hawker stalls.
i ordered my favourite lou shu fun~
bie isn't a beef eater so he ordered pork balls instead. it's so much cheaper compared to the beef balls~
anyway, it's the beef we're talking about, not pork. so.. worth the money, eh? :D
